For over 8 years, I have proudly served Porsche as IT Project Manager where I oversee large scale IT projects and programs focused on "Splunk", "Diagnostic Strategy" and "Connected Car".
My greatest achievement and career highlight was being invited to present the Porsche use cases on mainstage in the .conf19 Splunk. It was the tremendous growth of Splunk and HYDRA (Hybrid Real-time Data Analytics) platform within Porsche, which enabled us to achieve this, within such a short period of time. The HYDRA has now become the de facto standard platform at Porsche to hold all the applications and security logs; storing and processing enormous amounts of data in real time.
I manage all projects under the Porsche process model while working cross-functionally with high performing teams in unprecedented time and on budget to deliver project success. In addition, I am responsible for the implementation and management of IT applications, planning committee meetings, executing process and workflow improvements, reducing project risk, and enhancing workplace productivity.
